Delivery Times:
Standard delivery time: Between 5 and 7 business days within Australia. PLEASE NOTE: Australia Post are experiencing considerable delays at the present time. Please allow a few extra days for your item to arrive. Thank you.
Express delivery time: Between 1 and 2 business days within Australia.
Once your delivery has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification and a tracking number. If you have not received your delivery within this time, please send an email to orders@dontek.com.au or call us on 03 9762 8800 and we will look into this for you.
We currently only deliver within Australia online. However, if you are from outside Australia, please call us and we can organise delivery for you.
