COMPLIANCE
The Cyber Security Act 2024 establishes the authority to set security standards for smart devices.
The Cyber Security (Security Standards for Smart Devices) Rules 2025 prescribe the mandatory requirements that apply to all in‑scope smart products manufactured on or after 4 March 2026.
Report Security Issues
Users must be able to report any security issue relating to a smart product, and the supplier must acknowledge receipt of the report and provide ongoing status updates until the issue has been resolved.
Security Updates
We provide security updates, where applicable, for the products listed below throughout their defined support period. These updates may apply to the hardware, any preinstalled software, or the companion application required for normal operation. The support period may be extended at our discretion.
